Remote Ordering Systems - ROS

Remote Ordering Systems are similar to VMI, except that we deliver our goods to the factory door, and the client takes the responsibility to locate them within their stores or line side racks. Additionally the client carries out the scanning of bar codes to record the items to be drawn off our central stores, this can be done countless times a day and simply downloaded direct to our order-picking department.

The benefi ts are that whilst stock management and product integrity is maintained, our operatives are not on site. This can overcome security issues and may also be a cheaper service than full VMI.
