Our in house Bar Sawing department can operate 'round the clock' to meet your needs, with fully automated Bar Sawing machines, close to tolerances ensure that our customers get minimal waste, and have less material to machine off.

We can supply cut billets up to 400mm dia ( 15 inch ) in quantities of 1 to 1000's.

Plate Sawing

Using the principle of  an abrasive disk, this method of cutting produces a clean and accurate cut edge with minimal waste.  Suitable only for cutting straight lines it is fast and effective for thicknesses of up to 75mm.

Plasma Cutting

Profile cutting, using plasma technology allows us to provide almost any shape accurately and with minimal waste.  We supply products up to 100mm thick on stainless steel of all grades.
